Barton reading is designed for one-on-one student-teacher instruction. Focusing on the needs of the child, Barton serves to help students with dyslexia learn to read and write as they learn best.
Research shows children with dyslexia benefit from 1 on 1 teacher-student tutoring using an Orton-Gillingham based program. Twice weekly minimum either in person or remote.

Currently, I am only offering this service in person. Students can add this to their Barton tutoring session or as a separate session.
The initial assessment for Print instruction is $120 for an in-depth evaluation. No evaluation for cursive.
Sessions will include:
- one-on-one tutoring (1 or 2x a week as needed)
- a workbook for home practice
